Hi!

Here are some links to gaelic swordsmanship manuals and books. I have all these, and are in the process of reading them. Very interessting!
-"Lannaireachd:Gaelic Swordsmanship" by Christopher Thompson:
http://www.booksurge.com/product.php3?bookID=IMPR00313-00001
-"Highland Swordsmanship" Edited by Mark Rector:

-"Highland Broadsword" by Mark Rector & Paul Wager:
http://www.revival.us/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=21

Also there is a fencing manual by Thomas Page, which describes the use of broadsword in the hieland fashion: http://www.sirwilliamhope.org/Library/Page/Page.php
http://www.sirwilliamhope.org/ also has a lot of info on other manuals.

Cheers,
Henrik

If you're within spitting distance of Oxford it's worth signing up to the Linacre School of Defence. Milo is an excellent teacher and plays a mean bagpipe too.

Hi,

No, I live in Norway and therefor have no opportunity to go to a British sword school. I'm member of Rose and Thistle and Lace Wars, and I believe Milo's a member as well. I haven't met him, but I heard his pipes playing at Cliveden, where I believe he was with a Napoleonic group. Lovely to hear some pibroch.

Cheers,
Henrik
