Bonjour,

I borrowed this book by Winifred Duke, published in 1953, from the new "Grande Bibliothèque du Québec". Has anyone read it? Any comments? I have only read a couple of Osprey books to date and want to learn more about the prince and the rebellion of 1745. I will try to track down the books suggested in messages below (not easy when most public library have books mostly in French).

I have found they also have in microforms copies of all 3 volumes of chevalier de Johnstone's memoirs (lord Murray's aide-de-camp I believe) in English. I will copy them on a CD and will be able to make copies (on paper or CDs) for anyone who wants them. Anyone interested should contact me.

Thank you.
